15 Minute Phone Consultation: No Cost

You might have questions about therapy or just want to connect before starting your therapy journey. The free 15 minute phone consultation will allow you to get any questions answered and ensure we are a good fit. 

50 Minute Couples Counseling: $150

50 Minute Individual Counseling: $140

Insurance: I am out-of-network for all insurance companies but I am happy to provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider. I do accept HSA and FSA cards.

Cancellation Policy: A 24- hour cancellation notice is required, otherwise you will be charged a full session fee due the day of your appointment. If you are 25 minutes late to your appointment, we will need to reschedule and you will be charged a session fee.

No Secrets Policy/ Good Faith Estimate: As an out of network provider, I will be providing all clients with a Good Faith Estimate through Simple Practice. This document will outline the estimated cost of therapy for one year at my current rate.
