Human connection forms the very core of our existence. We are all shaped by our relationships, families of origin, societal norms, and a multitude of other systems. That’s why Integrated Hearts Center takes a systemic narrative approach to the therapy process.

Together, we’ll explore the impact of these systems, so we can challenge what needs to be challenged, strengthen what needs to be strengthened, and work to help you live an authentic and examined life.

Welcome! We’re the team behind Integrated Hearts Therapy Center.

You are not alone on your healing path. We are here to listen, guide, and empower you by providing a safe haven, where your thoughts, feelings, and experiences are valued without judgment.

Natalie Andrews, IMFT, PMH-C

Founder of Integrated Hearts Therapy Center

As a Marriage and Family Therapist with a certification in Perinatal Mental Health, my goal is to create a space where relationships can learn to thrive. Therapy is not “one size fits all,” so we will work towards your specific goals at your pace. I believe every client and relationship has innate strengths and abilities that will help them achieve their goals. Through our work together, I’ll help you maximize those strengths and abilities.

It is a gift to work with each client and share space for their story. I look forward to getting to know you and supporting you through your therapy journey!

Relationships, gender, and sexuality all function to define our worldview, and client-centered empowerment and understanding within these areas is foundational to my counseling practice. My approach to therapy is LGBTQIA+ and ENM affirming, collaborative, and focused on building an open therapeutic relationship oriented toward your unique needs and goals.

I use a variety of modalities to find the best fit for you, with a focus on narrative, solution- focused, and emotion-focused therapy.
