Individual Therapy | Perinatal Therapy | SEX & Relationship Therapy

Welcome! I’m Natalie Andrews, IMFT, PMH-C, a Marriage and Family Therapist and the founder of Integrated Hearts Therapy Center. I’m passionate about helping my clients understand themselves and their partners more deeply.

I knew from a young age that I wanted to be a therapist, and I’m so glad I made that choice. I feel honored every day to learn people’s unique stories and to help them navigate the difficult things in their lives.

I also understand the importance of social justice and understanding power dynamics in the therapy space and beyond to help clients build genuinely equitable partnerships.

As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I’m trained in understanding how our relationships impact our daily lives, as well as identifying patterns that affect our experiences within those relationships.

My commitment to social justice means that I’m also proud to have created a practice that is openly LGBTQIA+ allied and affirming.

My practice is also guided by a commitment to client autonomy and empowerment.

You are stronger than you might believe. You are deserving of care and support in all your humanness. And your setbacks can be opportunities for learning and growth.

Along with welcoming humor into the healing process, I also strive to be open and authentic in my sessions. This includes sharing real details about me and my own humanity!

I have two Great Danes and love being a dog mom.

My hobbies are reading, mostly horror and fantasy novels, and doing puzzles. The largest puzzle I ever completed was 18,000 pieces and took almost 11 months.
