
We know that it can be intimidating to begin therapy, especially if you are new to the process or exploring relationship therapy for the first time.
That’s why we like to share exactly what you can expect about the process, rates, and more!
Step 1: Free Consultation
First, you’ll schedule a 15-minute phone consultation with Natalie or Jane, where we will answer any questions you might have, briefly get to know you, and share our approach to therapy.
Step 2: Intake Paperwork
If you decide we’re a good fit, your next step will be completing your intake paperwork prior to your first session. Everything will be sent securely online through our Simple Practice client portal.
Step 3: Your First Session
Your first session, also called an intake session, will primarily be used to learn about your history and understand what currently brings you to therapy.
Step 4: Regular Therapy Sessions
As you are beginning therapy, we will meet every week or every other week for talk therapy sessions that are client-led and nondirective. That means we don’t assign homework in between sessions. Your life is busy enough, and you don’t need extra stress outside of our dedicated time together!

Relationship Therapy - $150 per session
Jane Downey, LPC
Individual Therapy - $120 per session

Yes! We provide online therapy to clients located in Ohio through Simple Practice.

In our first session, we will talk about your background, what’s currently going on for you, and what your goals are for therapy. This is also a chance to make sure you feel comfortable with Natalie or Jane as your provider!

We are out-of-network for all insurance companies but are happy to provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider. We do accept HSA and FSA cards.

A 24- hour cancellation notice is required, otherwise you will be charged a full session fee due the day of your appointment. If you are 25 minutes late to your appointment, we will need to reschedule and you will be charged a session fee.

As out of network providers, we will be providing all clients with a Good Faith Estimate through Simple Practice. This document will outline the estimated cost of therapy for one year at our current rate.
