Your Relationship Is Too Important to Leave to One Hour a Week

One and Two Day Intensive Marriage Therapy for Couples Who Want Real Change

You've tried talking it through. You've read the books. Maybe you've even been in weekly counseling. Yet the same painful patterns keep repeating.

When your relationship is in crisis—or when you simply can't afford to spend months or years making slow progress—a marriage intensive offers a different path.

Through focused, extended sessions, we accomplish in days what often takes months of traditional weekly therapy. Together, we'll identify what's keeping you stuck, uncover the deeper emotional wounds beneath the conflict, and create lasting patterns of connection, trust, and intimacy.

Because your marriage deserves more than survival. It deserves healing.

You don't have to keep living in the same cycle.

Is This Your Marriage?

  • You have the same argument over and over.

  • One or both of you feels unheard, unseen, or emotionally alone.

  • Trust has been broken by betrayal, secrecy, or infidelity.

  • You're living more like roommates than partners.

  • Communication feels impossible.

  • You're wondering whether your marriage can be saved.

If you recognize yourselves here, you're not alone.

Most couples wait far too long before seeking help. By the time they do, they're exhausted, discouraged, and afraid nothing will work.

There is hope.

Why Marriage Intensives Work

Traditional therapy often provides just enough time to discuss the week's problems before the session ends.

Marriage intensives create uninterrupted space to slow down, understand what's really happening beneath the surface, and begin making meaningful change while you're together.

During your intensive, we won't simply manage conflict.

We'll help you:

  • Break destructive communication patterns

  • Rebuild emotional safety

  • Restore trust after betrayal

  • Heal attachment wounds

  • Learn healthier ways to navigate conflict

  • Reconnect emotionally and physically

  • Develop practical tools you can use long after the intensive ends

This is deep, focused work designed to create momentum that weekly therapy often cannot.

  • Greater clarity about your relationship

  • A deeper understanding of each other

  • New communication skills

  • A practical roadmap for continued growth

  • Renewed hope for your future together

Before Your Intensive

We'll begin with a one hour comprehensive assessment to understand your relationship, concerns, strengths, and goals. We will decide what intensive format is a best fit for you and your goals. You will be sent intake forms to complete prior to the intensive.

The Intensive

You'll spend dedicated time working through the issues that matter most—with expert guidance every step of the way. Intensives are available for one day or two days of personalized, immersive work.

After Your Intensive

Healing doesn't end when the intensive does.

You'll receive personalized recommendations and follow-up support to help you continue building on the progress you've made together

Intensives are not a good fit for every relationship. Intensives may not be right for you if:

  • There is recent or current violence, including physical harm, threats, stalking or coercion.

  • There are active affairs or an affair that has not been disclosed.
You or your partner have untreated substance abuse or active mental health crises.
